We took this challenge on ourselves in a big way by making several different dinners using these seasoning packets. I bought cheaper cuts of meat and each and every one was far better than I expected it to be. The meat and poultry packets had more than one use in each - covering 2-3 pounds of meat per packet. They can be used as-is to sprinkle directly on meats or used as a marinade.
