I have a GREAT recipe for this but no time to get it up on Thursday. I'll let everyone know when I have it up! I'm sorry!!!
We just had scallops a few weeks ago and it was the first time I had EVER made them, they were awesome, I was proud of myself! :D

I have never eaten scallops, let along cooked them, but I'm going to give it a go with this:
