    I have always wanted to try these but I guess I need to grow squash,since there are no markets that sell any. Yours look gorgeous.

    Hey, Chow - I think they taste a bit like any squash - but understated. I love them!

    Deborah - I've seen them, but I can't recall where - I wonder if farmer's markets carry them?
