Poulet Tchoupitoulas

Poulet whatsis? If you are a true foodie and haven't seen yet, you must. I loved this film, not just because it was cute and funny, but because I related so well to all the food scenes!

that Georgia Byrd was making in the beginning of the movie. It comes from , so you KNOW it'll be good! I'll be making it this week and I'll get pictures up as soon as I can ... if we don't eat it first.

  2. What a great movie. I did buy it because it is endearing.

I attended and graduated from a French Culinary School for Pastry Arts. This morning I was going over photos. Thus, my today's blog!

By the way, thank you for the vote.

  3. I glanced at the recipe. All those ingredients and all that work for only 4 servings? It had better be to-die-for!

  4. Oh, I loved that movie! My favorite part is when the chef, played by Gerard Depardieu, who in real life is somewhat of a gourmand, says "the secret to happiness is butter" or something like that. Some great food loving scenes in that flick.
