Poulet whatsis? If you are a true foodie and haven't seen Last Holiday yet, you must. I loved this film, not just because it was cute and funny, but because I related so well to all the food scenes!
This is the recipe that Georgia Byrd was making in the beginning of the movie. It comes from Emeril Lagasse, so you KNOW it'll be good! I'll be making it this week and I'll get pictures up as soon as I can ... if we don't eat it first.
Oh, I loved that movie! My favorite part is when the chef, played by Gerard Depardieu, who in real life is somewhat of a gourmand, says "the secret to happiness is butter" or something like that. Some great food loving scenes in that flick.
LOVE YOUR BLOG! I will check in often to get more recipes!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great movie. I did buy it because it is endearing.
ReplyDeleteI attended and graduated from a French Culinary School for Pastry Arts. This morning I was going over photos. Thus, my today's blog!
By the way, thank you for the vote.
I glanced at the recipe. All those ingredients and all that work for only 4 servings? It had better be to-die-for!
